Color and Quest – Terms of Use

By installing or using Color and Quest, you agree to these Terms:

  • Purpose: Color and Quest is an arcade/puzzle game experience. It is provided for entertainment purposes only.
  • Eligibility: You must comply with the minimum age requirements in your country and app store rules.
  • Accounts and platform sign-in: The app does not create in-app accounts. Some features (such as leaderboards) may use platform services like Google Play Games or Apple Game Center. You are responsible for your platform account and activity.
  • Gameplay and progression: Scores, rankings, unlocks, and game balance may change through updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any feature, mode, or online ranking.
  • Advertising: The app may display ads (including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads). Rewarded benefits are granted only when ad completion is successfully confirmed by the ad provider.
  • Virtual rewards and values: Any in-game rewards, points, or benefits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Fair use: You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer gameplay logic, automate play, or interfere with service integrity.
  • Intellectual property: All game assets, code, branding, and content are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
  • Third-party services: The app may depend on third-party services (such as AdMob, Google Play Games, Apple Game Center). Their availability and behavior are subject to their own terms and policies.
  • Updates and changes: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time, including UI, gameplay systems, ads, and online features.
  • Disclaimer: The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • Liability limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the app, if any.
  • Termination: You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
  • Privacy: Your use of the app is also governed by the Color and Quest Privacy Notice.
  • Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.

Color and Quest – End User License Agreement (EULA)

By installing or using Color and Quest, you agree to this EULA in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Color and Quest on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

  • No reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract source code except where permitted by applicable law.
  • No modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on the app without written permission.
  • No redistribution, sublicensing, renting, leasing, lending, selling, or otherwise transferring the app.
  • No use of cheats, automation, bots, exploits, or unauthorized tools that alter gameplay, scoring, or leaderboard behavior.
  • No removal or alteration of copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

3. Ownership

The app is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in Color and Quest, including updates, visual assets, gameplay systems, trademarks, and related content, remain with the Company and its licensors.

4. Updates and Online Features

The Company may provide updates, patches, balancing changes, and new versions. Some features may require internet access and third-party services. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated app and terms.

5. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate third-party services (including Google AdMob, Google Play Games Services, and Apple Game Center). Use of those services is subject to their own terms, policies, and availability.

6. Ads and Rewarded Features

The app may include ad-supported functionality. Rewarded outcomes are only granted upon successful ad completion callbacks. The Company is not responsible for ad fill rate, ad network outages, or third-party ad delivery failures.

7. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling the app and ceasing use. The Company may terminate or suspend this license if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop all use and delete all copies of the app in your possession or control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits/business. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

10. Export and Compliance

You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use or distribute the app in violation of applicable law.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Turkey unless mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise. Venue and dispute handling are subject to applicable law.

ReactLess – Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective date: 2026-01-02

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ReactLess (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. App Purpose (No Medical Advice)

ReactLess provides mindfulness, breathing, journaling, and habit‑support tools for general well‑being. It is not medical, psychiatric, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health concerns.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use this App.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., journal entries, notes). You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the App’s features. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

6. Subscription & Billing (Auto‑Renewable)

  • Title: ReactLess Pro (auto‑renewing subscription)
  • Length: Monthly
  • Price: Displayed in‑app at the time of purchase (price varies by region)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your device’s subscription settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period unless required by law.

7. Free Tier & Advertising

Free users may see non‑personalized ads. Pro subscribers do not see ads.

8. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

9. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

10. Third‑Party Services

The App uses third‑party services (e.g., Firebase, AdMob, Apple/Google sign‑in). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

13. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY) IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey/Antalya, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, mandatory local consumer laws may still apply.

18. Apple/Google Platform Acknowledgement

This EULA is between you and the app provider, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content, and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
